COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are looking for a Community Manager to be the voice of Drop Fake and the champion of our players. You'll be responsible for building, nurturing, and maintaining an active and inclusive community across various social platforms. Your work will be crucial in fostering a strong sense of belonging, gathering valuable player feedback, and ensuring our community is a positive and engaging space for everyone.

Drop Fake is a dynamic and innovative game development company dedicated to creating top-tier mobile gaming experience.


We are looking for a Visual Designer (UI) who has a passion for playing and making games, with an understanding of what makes them fun and engaging.


Reporting to the Director of XD, our ideal candidate has proven experience in mobile free-to-play games, has Unity experience, and is a self-starter that can hit the ground running!

ABOUT YOU

  • You're an avid gamer with a deep passion for free-to-play mobile games and their communities.

  • You are an excellent communicator, with a natural ability to connect with people.

  • You have a strong understanding of major social media platforms and community tools (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter).

  • You can identify community trends, sentiment, and key topics, and translate that information into actionable insights for the development team.

  • You have experience planning and executing community events, contests, and campaigns to boost engagement.

  • You are empathetic and skilled at managing diverse viewpoints, mediating conflict, and handling difficult situations with professionalism.

  • You are a self-starter who can work autonomously to set goals and execute on a community strategy.

  • You have a creative mind for content creation and a knack for creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with players on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and social media, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

  • Player Feedback: Systematically collect, categorize, and report on player feedback and sentiment, acting as the primary link between the community and the development team.

  • Content Creation: Work with Live Ops to plan and create engaging content, including announcements, blog posts, social media updates, and community highlights.

  • Event Management: Plan, promote, and execute community events, contests, and campaigns to boost player interaction and loyalty.

DETAILS

  • Full time:- 40 hours per week

  • Salary range: $120K - $150K annually CAD
