Drop Fake is looking for a Marketing Assets Manager to join our marketing team! In this role, you will be the gatekeeper and traffic controller for all creative assets used in our global marketing campaigns, user acquisition (UA) channels, and App Store storefronts. You will ensure our library of character renders, gameplay videos, localized trailers, and UI assets are perfectly organized, easily accessible, and delivered on time to fuel our fast-paced marketing machine.
ABOUT YOU
3+ years in digital asset management or creative production, ideally within the mobile gaming, entertainment, or tech industry.
A strong understanding of mobile games (bonus points if you love fighting games and understand character rosters, movesets, and gaming culture).
Understanding of project management methodologies and how to apply them to creative asset production.
Expert knowledge of video and image file formats, resolutions, and compression standards optimized for mobile ad networks and app stores.
Experience managing asset pipelines that involve multi-language text overlays and localized video edits.
Build, maintain, and optimize our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, ensuring all 2D/3D character art, key art, logos, and video files are correctly tagged, version-controlled, and easily searchable.
Own the marketing asset roadmap. Define project scopes, set realistic timelines, allocate resources, and unblock the creative team to ensure seamless delivery for character drops, seasonal events, and app store updates.
Use Jira to connect marketing asset requests with the game development team's pipeline, making sure marketing has access to the latest game builds, 3D character models, and patch notes.
Coordinate the production and delivery of localized marketing assets for the iOS App Store and Google Play (screenshots, store previews, icon variants).
Manage the workflow for high-volume video ad variations (User Acquisition creatives), ensuring editors and motion designers have the raw gameplay footage and UI assets they need.
Oversee the distribution of marketing assets to external agencies, ensuring all partners have access to the latest approved versions with deliverables organized and tracked.
Partner closely with the game development and community teams to ensure marketing assets align with game patches, new character releases, and seasonal events.
Review all outgoing assets to ensure they meet strict platform specifications (aspect ratios, file sizes, compression) and accurately represent the game's visual identity.
